Every two years, preferably in two neighboring European IVV members, the IVV-Europiad takes place, a popular sports festival for everyone lasting several days. Hiking, swimming and cycling - with these sports the IVV-Europiad offers activities for the ambitious as well as for the pleasure and leisure sportsman.
Waidring, host of the 7th IVV-EUROPIADE 2024. This picturesque Tyrolean village with about 2000 inhabitants is located in the beautiful Pillerseetal and belongs to the district of Kitzbühel. The climatic health resort is surrounded by the Loferer Steinberge as well as the Steinplatte, which belongs to the Chiemgau Alps.
